My goal this year was to compete in four bodybuilding shows. Well Here I am few more weeks for my last Bodybuilding competition of 2009. Like everything in life achieving your fitness goals is not an overnight process but rather a lifelong one. Personal factors like your attitude, your commitment, and your discipline play an important role in your success.
One element that is crucial in achieving any goal in life is the importance of training the mind to stay motivated, to stay focused,to achieve short and long terms goals. What I have found as a Life-Coach is that nothing happens by accident. You need to plan if you want to achieve anything in life. That principle applies to your personal as well as your fitness life.
